Game #1 Recap - (Lubbock Christian 11, West Texas A&M 0 - Five innings)
Lady Chaps pitcher Marissa Gonzales was in control from the opening pitch of the game, tossing a complete game, two-hitter during LCU's 11-0 victory.

Game #2 Recap - (Lubbock Christian, West Texas A&M 1)
The first home run of Jessica Ruzicki's Lady Buff career put the lone impression on WT's side of the scoreboard as the home team was only able to collect three hits during the day's second game.

Trailing 4-0 in the bottom of the third inning, Ruzicki stepped to the plate a connected on a pitch that cleared the wall in center field. The shot seemed to energize the Lady Buffs, but LCU pitcher Kelly Griego recovered to keep WT off the scoreboard for the rest of the game and pick up the win for the Lady Chaps.
